Overview

Project overview

PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (Panorama) is a major player in the tourism industry with diverse business pillars ranging from inbound tours and travel and leisure to media and investments. Previously, their digital presence did not fully reflect the vibrancy of their travel ecosystem. The goal of this project was to rebuild their main digital touchpoint to serve a dual purpose: providing transparency for investors while simultaneously acting as a compelling gateway to their varied tourism products and services.

Problem

The previous website was overly corporate, functioning primarily as a repository for annual reports and stakeholder data. It failed to showcase the actual travel products and services, making it difficult for visitors to see the full value of Panorama’s diverse tourism ecosystem.

Solution

We designed and developed a product-forward website that shifts the focus from "reporting" to "selling." The new interface prioritizes Panorama's core business pillars—Inbound Tours, Corporate Services, and Leisure—using visual storytelling to engage customers while still providing a dedicated, accessible section for investors.

  • Enhanced Brand Image: The site now accurately reflects the company's status as a dynamic travel leader rather than just a holding company.

  • Improved User Journey: Visitors can now intuitively navigate between B2B services (Corporate/Investments) and B2C offerings (Tours/Leisure) without confusion.

  • Balanced Stakeholder Management: The site effectively balances the needs of two distinct audiences; investors still have easy access to governance and financial data, while customers are immediately greeted with attractive travel products and clear calls to action.
